NAMI Teppanyaki, The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Newest Teppanyaki Restaurant
NAMI Teppanyaki is the newest teppanyaki dining experience at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. The name translates to ‘wave’ in Japanese, a symbol of movement, rhythm, and continuous renewal. Positioned as a unique teppanyaki destination in Bali, the concept is grounded in the Japanese lucky number five, which translates into the entire guest experience. The signature Namikase introduces an element of surprise across an 8, 9, or 10-course set menu for the private table.
The main dining room offers a 5-course selection, with a kids menu available. Emphasising quality taste, the beverage program features a Sake Sommelier, a Tea Master curating specialized cocktails and mocktails, and a traditional Matcha ceremony. Designed by the highly-acclaimed interior designer Rudy Dodo, this teppanyaki Bali NAMI redefines the teppanyaki format through refinement and continuous culinary evolution.
