Under the title "Four Hands - One Home," our Executive Chef Stefanos Ioannidis and Guest Chef Fotios Kefalakis join forces. The two chefs share their Greek roots and a love for the authentic traditions of their home country. 

Experience a tribute to Greece's culinary heritage, reimagined with modern sophistication and seasonal impulses. Together, they craft a menu that tells the story of their origins, adding a chapter of warmth and craftsmanship to the Cattani Collection.
