Bansko, 22 September 2026 - Kempinski The Spa at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko has been named ‘Bulgaria's Best Hotel Spa’ at the World Spa Awards for the eleventh time. The votes were cast online over a 12-week voting period via the organisation's official website. Senior spa industry executives, high-end travellers, tour operators, media representatives and spa consumers from all over the world were eligible to vote for the brands they considered to have performed at an exceptional level.
