Terms and Conditions:

All reservations are strictly on a request basis and subject to hotel availability. The dynamic corporate rate is quoted in Saudi Arabian Riyals per night and is subject to a 5% Municipality Fee, a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT), and any additional taxes or fees implemented by the government. Please note that these rates are applicable to individual bookings only and do not cover group travel arrangements, which are defined as ten rooms or more. Furthermore, corporate rates are not valid during major exhibitions and city-wide events. Standard check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00. To avoid a one-night charge, cancellations must be made in writing with a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to arrival on regular days, and 72 hours prior to arrival during the high season. In the event of a no-show, an early departure, or a late cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge for one night. Finally, airport transfers are not included in the room rates; should you require this service, full flight details must be provided at the time of reservation.
