New Year’s Day Brunch Menu Highlights

Welcoming Classics
Smoked salmon with trout caviar, sourdough toast with poached egg and avocado, French toast with strawberries and mascarpone, alongside freshly baked pastries and regional specialities.

Seafood & Cold Starters
Fine de Claire oysters, poached oysters with cucumber jus, cured scallop ceviche with passionfruit, wild blueberry-cured salmon, Vitello Tonnato, Bayonne ham, and creamy burrata with cantaloupe melon and pistachios.

Soups & Warm Specialities
Velvety cream of chanterelle soup with pumpernickel crumble. Live stations feature grilled beef Tomahawk with mojo verde, alongside à la carte served ossobuco on pea purée, grilled Label Rouge salmon with sweet potato purée, and delicate gnocchi with pistachio sauce and Belper Knolle cheese.

Desserts & Sweet Finishes
Lemongrass mousse with fresh berries, rich chocolate cake with caramel, cascading chocolate fountains with fruit skewers, freshly cooked waffles on a stick, truffle-infused popcorn, and a curated selection of pralines.
