St. Thomas Brewery

Hidden beneath the Augustine Hotel Prague lies the historic St. Thomas Brewery, one of the city’s most unique heritage experiences. Originally established by Augustinian monks in the 14th century, the brewery once supplied beer to the monastic community as well as Prague Castle. Today, it remains deeply connected to its historical roots, continuing to honour centuries of brewing tradition.
